These are the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which govern your use of the Gannet Safaris web site (“Web Site.”)

We reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Consumer Terms and Conditions to keep up to date with any changes to them.
Booking Tours Online
The Web Site offers the ability to book and purchase tours and gift cards. (“Tours”).
No contract for the sale of any Tour will subsist between you and Gannet Safaris unless and until Gannet Safaris accepts your order by way of an email detailing that payment has been received in full, the type of the Tour purchased and confirming your details (the “Confirmation”). That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Gannet Safaris sends the Confirmation to you (whether or not you receive that Confirmation).
You must check that the details of the Confirmation are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.
Payment shall be taken on our behalf by Payment Express. In order to protect your details during ordering, Payment Express uses an excrypted software package known as Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) and their online payment payment services are fully Visa AIS and MasterCard SDP (PCI DSS) compliant.
You undertake that all details you provide to Gannet Safaris for the purpose of ordering Tours or Gift Vouchers are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Tour ordered.
Cancellation Policy
Payments accepted by Bank Credit Cards, Cash or Agent Voucher. – Tours must be pre-paid. We reserve the right to cancel for events beyond our control & if minimum number are not meet for a tour to operate.
Should you cancel within 48 hours of tour, no refund given.
Cancelling outside of 48 hours of tour is eligible for a 100% refund less booking and credit card fees.
Should we cancel 100% of payment made will be refunded.
Child & Infant Policy
Children 5-18 years inclusive – 50% of adult fare.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Infant under 4 years – Free of charge, no seat allocation and must be on lap. – Only 1 infant per adult.
COVID19
Under the new covid protection framework which takes effect Friday 3rd December 2021, Gannet Safaris Overland, can operate under all 3 levels – Red, Orange and Green. Masks also need to be worn while in the bus.
If a tour needs to be cancelled due to COVID restrictions, a full 100% refund is given.
Your Privacy & Security
Details provided on this website (except Credit Card details) will be kept on file in our system. Systems are in place to ensure your privacy is protected from unauthorised access and improper use.
The customer acknowledges that Gannet Safaris will provide its employees and/or agents with the customer’s personal information to enable Gannet Safaris to deliver products to or on behalf of the customer.
Any information we collect will not be shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.
Our privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Please check this policy on a regular basis for any changes. If you feel that this website is not following its stated information policy, please contact us.
Sending you Emails
We may send emails to you to keep you informed of news, exclusive offers, particularly limited offers or offers or information which we think may be of particular interest to you.
Under the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007, you must have consented to receiving commercial emails. Consent can be explicit, inferred or deemed. From newsletter registration or purchases online, or received correspondence, we infer that we have your consent to continue sending emails from time to time. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time, either by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of an email you have received form us or by sending us an email. Upon receipt of this advice we will remove your email address from the mailing list used by us for such offers.
